State Basketball...

Last weekend Erica and Shalya competed in State Basketball in Nampa. It was so much fun to be able to watch them play since we haven't had a chance to see any of their other games. They did such a awesome job! They ended up taking 3rd in State!! I think they started a spark in Alyssa, because she has been going out to practice everyday since we went to watch them play. I love my nieces, you guys did awesome!! Can't wait to see you come back next year and kick some bottom!!! :) go SR!

Happy Birthday Alyssa!!

We celebrated Alyssa's 6th birthday last week! WOW! I can't believe that she is SIX! I can't believe how fast time is FLYING!! It doesn't seem like it was very long ago when I was holding her, with tons of fuzzy dark hair, in my arms wrapped up tight in a small baby blanket. Now she is half way done with kindergarten. She has sooo much fun learning and playing at school. She loves it so much that when she is home, she pretends that she is the teacher and Landon is the student. I think Landon thinks that's pretty cool. I keep wishing time would freeze so that my kids would stop growing, but for some reason it doesn't work. I am just so thankful and grateful each day that I have with them, because it does go so fast. Happy Birthday "Lyss"!! We love you!!!
